• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations are accepted without charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We appreciate your consideration in notifying us as early as possible, which allows us to offer that time slot to another client.

• Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be applied. This policy helps us manage our appointments and continue providing high-quality services to all our clients.
